Key Responsibilities: - Prepare civil engineering design and drawings as part of the rail infrastructure team - Coordination with project managers, engineers, other discipline designers and drafters within the team - Prepare 2D and 3D CAD design calculations, drawings and specifications - Able to work with LIDAR point clouds, verify and control surveys and geographic data for design purposes - Design, create drawings and perform drafting tasks with minimal supervision - Ensure compliance with laws and regulation in health and safety related to design - Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner
